Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident triage and root cause analysis
- Establish and enforce runbooks, on-call readiness, and support models
- Design and maintain monitoring, dashboards, and reliability metrics
- Review automation code and configurations for standards and security
- Partner with development teams to ensure production readiness of automations
