Partner with product/engineering to resolve blockers

The ideal candidate is a Staff Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience, strong Python/Django backend and React/Next.js frontend, and a track record decomposing monoliths into microservices. They should have deep AWS/Kubernetes experience, event-driven architectures, and a proven ability to ship complex, scalable SaaS systems while mentoring others.
