About this role
Staff Software Engineer to contribute to Clari + Salesloft's data platform in a hybrid India-based team. You will shape interfaces, collaborate with product and design, and lead large cross-functional projects while improving observability and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape future-proof interfaces for client-facing teams
- Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Frontend Engineers, and cross-functional partners to conceptualize and build features
- Lead or contribute heavily to large cross-functional projects with significant business impact
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
