Staff Software Engineer, Public Sector leads architecture for agentic AI across federal datasets, ensuring reliability and security across multiple classifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and drive feature implementation across the Federal engineering team to ensure architectural consistency
- Define technical strategy for guardrails, explainability, and fleet orchestration
- Ensure system reliability and performance across security classifications
- Mentor engineers in gathering requirements and stakeholder communication
- Influence long-term product strategy for the Federal unit
Technical Overview
Cloud-native architecture using AWS/Azure/GCP; containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; ETL/data pipelines; data warehousing and governance; LLM integrations with prompt engineering, RAG and agent orchestration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a staff/senior SWE for public sector with full-stack capability and cloud-native experience across AWS/Azure/GCP; able to navigate federal engagements and communicate with stakeholders including C-suite.
