Staff Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale security programs within Okta's Cyber Defense organization, partnering with global teams to design, build, and mature capabilities and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large scale, complex initiatives across multiple teams; Define timelines, commitments, and efficiencies; Unify and drive effective teamwork across groups; Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards in Jira/Confluence; Collaborate to mature Cyber Defense capabilities

Role requires translating complex security challenges into actionable roadmaps, leveraging Jira/Confluence for tracking, and coordinating cross-functional efforts in a cloud-native context.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior technical program manager with strong cybersecurity program experience, excellent Jira/Confluence fluency, and a track record of aligning cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives. They should be comfortable leading distributed, global security programs and communicating effectively with executives.
