Position Details
About this role
This role manages a portfolio of startups to earn trust, drive AWS adoption, and grow revenue within a territory or industry vertical. You will execute a GTM Strategy, meet quarterly targets, develop account plans, and coordinate with internal and partner teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success with early and mid stage startups
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
- Accelerate adoption through sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan and articulate AWS value propositions
Technical Overview
The role is sales and customer success oriented, with expectation of familiarity with AI/ML as startups build innovative solutions. You will coordinate with AWS product, service, and solution architecture teams to support adoption of AWS services and translate customer needs into actionable plans.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a startup-focused sales and customer success professional who can manage early and mid-stage startup accounts while driving revenue and adoption on AWS. They are comfortable executing a GTM Strategy, building territory/account plans, and articulating AWS value propositions to founders, CxOs, and venture capital influencers, with familiarity with AI/ML.
