About this role
Responsible for managing store operations and staff in Northport Dollar General, including staffing, training, and inventory management; ensures adherence to SOPs and supports open/close duties and cash controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; Provide proper training and conduct performance evaluations; Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; Ensure store opened and closed daily; Evaluate operating statements and inventory management issues weekly

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level retail store manager with 1+ year management experience, strong staffing, training, and performance evaluation skills; ability to manage inventory and in-stock targets; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
