Responsible for all aspects of store operations, leading the entire store to ensure consistent achievement of Company standards and best practices. The role manages people (recruiting, hiring, training, developing leadership and associates) and core store functions including Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor operations, while managing payroll and expenses.
