About this role
Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met. Manage staffing, training, and development, and oversee core store functions (Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor) including merchandise flow and receiving, while administering payroll and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity
- Analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and store performance
- Ensures proper scheduling and manages payroll administration
- Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates
- Manages Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor operations to ensure merchandise flow and proper receiving

Operational management focused on store performance measurement via reporting and controllable expense analysis. Includes detailed operational execution across store departments and payroll-related processes such as punch edits, Sunday payroll transmission, and payroll reporting.
