Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate in Carlinville, IL to support store operations, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and cash controls under the store manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
- Assist with store merchandising by staging, stocking and storage of merchandise and pricing
- Assist in all aspects of inventory management including damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork
- Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets
- Provide superior customer service leadership
