About this role
Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in executing store processes including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations; intended for a limited period to develop external candidates for the Store Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities; assist with store merchandising and signage; assist in inventory management and stocking; follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets; participate in store opening/closing activities
