About this role

Support the Store Manager in executing core store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, ordering, paperwork, and store operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, operate the store and help ensure financial integrity, security, and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
  • Assist with store merchandising (staging, stocking, storage, fixtures, signing and pricing)
  • Assist in inventory management (damages, markdowns, register scanning, paperwork, facility controls) and conduct inventories
  • Follow ordering practices to meet or exceed in-stock targets
  • Ensure safe deposit and financial integrity (cashier accountability, key control, security and cash control procedures)
