Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in implementing store processes, including staff supervision, merchandising, inventory, and store needs; intended for an external candidate to progress into the Store Manager role.

- Assist in recruiting and staffing; participate in inventory management; support store merchandising and signage; ensure safe deposit and cashier accountability; assist in opening/closing stores
