About this role
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager by helping implement store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, paperwork, and store needs. This role is designed to develop an external candidate for the Store Manager position for a limited period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
- Assist with store merchandising and merchandise presentation
- Assist in all aspects of inventory management and conduct inventories
- Follow ordering practices to meet or exceed in-stock targets
- Operate the store in store manager's absence
