About this role
Manage all store operations and lead employees to execute ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, and daily store activities. Drive performance by evaluating operating statements, controlling expenses and shrink, and maintaining inventory accuracy and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees
- Train employees and conduct performance evaluations up to and including termination
- Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily
- Evaluate operating statements to identify sales/profit trends, shrink, and errors
- Manage ordering/in-stock targets and maintain accurate inventory through BSR/cycle counts
