Manage all store operations and employees, ensuring effective planning and implementation of store processes. Lead recruiting, training, performance management, store opening/closing cadence, inventory accuracy, and financial integrity including cashier accountability and key control.

- Recruit, select and retain employees

- Ensure store opens/closes daily and personally open/close minimum times per week
- Evaluate operating statements (sales, profitability, turn, expenses, shrink, errors)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure merchandising presentation standards
