Store Manager Candidate role supporting the Store Manager in all store processes including staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork and store needs. This position develops an external candidate for the Store Manager role for a limited period.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising
Provide superior customer service leadership
Open/close store; ensure cash control and bank deposits
Review operating statements for trends and opportunities
