About this role
Manage daily store operations, including staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and supporting sales performance. Lead employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensure store safety, security, and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store employees and staffing coverage
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage performance including termination decisions
- Analyze operating statements for sales, profitability, turn, shrink, and errors
- Execute ordering, in-stock targets, and weekly ordering plan with BSR/cycle counts follow-up
- Ensure merchandise presentation standards and maintain accurate inventory and cashier accountability

Retail operations leadership role with focus on inventory management processes (including Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR) and cycle counts), shrink/error monitoring via operating statement evaluation, and compliance with store opening/closing and safety/security expectations.
