This role manages all store employees and the end-to-end store operations to drive sales and provide superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and retain qualified employees
- Provide proper training and conduct performance evaluations
- Open/close the store as required
- Review operating statements and manage inventory targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level store manager with at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong in staffing, training, inventory control, and cash handling, able to lead a Dollar General store in a competitive market.
