About this role

Manage all store operations and lead employees to execute the full store process, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Ensure the store opens and closes on schedule, maintains accurate inventory, and supports strong financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing
Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and manage counseling up to termination
Ensure daily store opening and closing with personal shifts minimums
Evaluate operating statements for business trends, expense control opportunities, shrink, and errors
Manage ordering, in-stock targets, inventory management, Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR), and cycle counts

They have strong capability in inventory management (including cycle counts and Basic Stock Replenishment), expense control, shrink reduction, and driving in-stock performance while ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability and key control.
