About this role
Manage all store operations and lead employees to execute the full store process, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Ensure the store opens and closes on schedule, maintains accurate inventory, and supports strong financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing
- Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and manage counseling up to termination
- Ensure daily store opening and closing with personal shifts minimums
- Evaluate operating statements for business trends, expense control opportunities, shrink, and errors
- Manage ordering, in-stock targets, inventory management, Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR), and cycle counts

The role requires using store processes for inventory replenishment (including Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR) and cycle counts), monitoring operating statements for sales/profitability/turn, and maintaining controls such as cashier accountability and key control.
