STORE MANAGER IN MANSFIELD, MA

Manage all employees and oversee effective planning and execution of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, staffing, and support. Ensure the store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily while maintaining inventory accuracy and financial integrity.

• Recruit, select and retain employees
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations
