About this role
Manage all employees and oversee effective planning and execution of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, staffing, and support. Ensure the store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily while maintaining inventory accuracy and financial integrity.

- Manage store opening and closing duties
- Evaluate operating statements to identify trends, shrink, and errors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through BSR/cycle counts and inventory controls
