Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and retain qualified employees

- Ensure proper store staffing and personally open/close
- Manage ordering, in-stock targets, and Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR)/cycle counts
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and key control
