Manage all store processes for a Dollar General location, including recruiting, training, staffing, and overseeing daily operations. Drive performance by monitoring operating statements, improving inventory accuracy, and maintaining financial integrity through cash controls.

Technical Overview
Technical focus is operational execution: ordering and replenishment workflows (including Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR) and cycle counts), inventory accuracy controls (damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, facility controls), and cash handling procedures (cashier accountability and key control).
