STORE MANAGER IN SALLISAW, OK

This Store Manager role is responsible for running all key store processes, including planning and execution of ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandise presentation, selling, staffing, and store support. The manager leads employee recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and ensures safety and security expectations are met.

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees
• Train employees and conduct performance evaluations
• Manage store operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandise presentation
• Evaluate operating statements for sales, profitability, turn, shrink, and expense control opportunities
• Maintain accurate inventory and financial integrity (inventory levels, damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, cashier accountability)

The role is operational and does not center on technical systems; however, it requires disciplined use of store execution processes such as inventory management, scanning/paperwork controls, Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR), and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and financial integrity.

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader who can manage daily store operations end-to-end, including hiring, training, staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandise presentation. They use operating statements to drive sales and profitability while controlling shrink, errors, expenses, and maintaining accurate inventory through processes like Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR) and cycle counts.
