STORE MANAGER IN SWISSVALE, PA

Manage all store operations and employees to ensure effective planning and implementation of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Ensure inventory accuracy, financial integrity, expense control, and shrink reduction through disciplined store execution.

• Recruit, select and retain employees
• Train employees and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure staffing and execute store opening/closing expectations
