About this role
Manage all store operations and employees to ensure effective planning and implementation of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Ensure inventory accuracy, financial integrity, expense control, and shrink reduction through disciplined store execution.

- Ensure staffing and execute store opening/closing expectations
- Evaluate operating statements for trends and expense/shrink opportunities
