STORE MANAGER IN WESTLAKE, LA is responsible for managing all store employees and executing daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring customer service excellence.

- Recruit and retain qualified employees; provide training and evaluations; open/close store; monitor operating statements and inventory; ensure proper merchandising and cashier accountability
