This Store Manager role is responsible for leading all employees and ensuring effective planning and implementation of every store process, from ordering and receiving to staffing and support. The manager is accountable for training, operational execution, inventory accuracy, and financial integrity including cashier accountability and key control.

They are strong in financial integrity and shrink awareness, using operating statements and Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR)/cycle counts to hit in-stock targets and improve profitability.
