About this role
Twilio is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers, driving revenue through analytical, consultative sales. You will own the account strategy, forecasts, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver Twilio’s API-based communications solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand growth and mid-market Regulated Verticals customer accounts
- Drive disciplined forecast and execute account strategy
- Run consultative sales cycles with deep discovery
- Map customer requirements to Twilio API capabilities and design solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, partners, support, services)

Sell complex technical solutions; map customer technical requirements to Twilio capabilities; manage forecasts; partner with product, finance, support, and services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic account executive with 5 years of sales experience, strong in regulated verticals, capable of leading enterprise deals and cross-functional collaboration.
