Anti-Abuse Automation Engineer to build and scale fraud protection systems for Vercel’s platform, translating investigative insights into automated workflows and durable mitigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and identify abuse vectors and translate findings into scalable detections
- Build, iterate on internal fraud tooling and anomaly alerting
- Design automated workflows to scale fraud prevention while reducing manual work
- Partner with Operations, Product, Finance to prioritize risks and ship mitigations
- Lead fraud investigations and durable mitigation strategies
Technical Overview
Focus on SQL-driven fraud detection, automation using scripting and AI tools (LLMs), and productionizing detections with low/no-code platforms; collaboration with risk and operations teams.
