About this role
Strategic Account Executive responsible for protecting and growing Twilio's communications business across assigned customers. Leads analytical and consultative sales cycles with large, global, compliance-heavy use cases and collaborates with product, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand important ISV accounts
- Develop and execute account strategy
- Forecast and present to executives
- Run consultative sales cycles
- Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
Technical Overview
Enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on data-driven account development, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline management to drive revenue growth.
