About this role
This role is responsible for leading and growing relationships with enterprise-level POS clients. You will drive revenue expansion through new opportunities and upselling, manage contract renewals, and ensure client satisfaction through issue resolution and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with enterprise POS clients
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities including upselling
- Lead contract renewal efforts
- Ensure accounts receivable are current and resolve billing or financial disputes promptly
- Lead and prepare for business reviews with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
Technical Overview
This is not a technical/engineering role. The work focuses on account management processes such as revenue/profitability target attainment, contract renewal execution, accounts receivable upkeep, billing dispute resolution, and preparing measurable business reviews based on market and financial signals.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, who can lead and grow relationships with enterprise-level POS clients. They are strong in driving revenue expansion through upselling, managing contract renewals, and handling accounts receivable and billing disputes while communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams.
