About this role

Strategic Consultant- Tableau Transformation leads the transformation of manual Excel-based reporting to automated Tableau reporting and provides data-driven insights to inform executive decisions within MassMutual's Third-Party Distribution and New Markets team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead transformation to automated Tableau reporting
Translate data into clear narratives with actionable recommendations
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional analytics projects
Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources for accuracy
Develop reporting with senior leaders to drive revenue and profitability

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes Tableau-based visualization, data consolidation from multiple sources, SQL/SAS data analysis, and advanced MS Office usage for storytelling and presentations; emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and end-to-end project delivery.
