About this role
Strategic Marketing Manager to lead omni-channel marketing and ecommerce growth for Demco's Supplies & Equipment division, with a focus on education markets and multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned product categories, with a focus on driving ecommerce growth and revenue
- Develop and manage a seasonal promotional calendar aligned to business priorities, product strategies, and key demand periods
- Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across ecommerce, catalogs, email, onsite merchandising, and paid media
- Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to align on priorities, promotions, and assortment strategies
- Bring our categories to life through compelling storytelling across both digital and print channels
