- Identify, research, and qualify major donor prospects
- Execute personalized outreach
- Conduct introductory meetings and warm handoffs
- Manage prospect pipeline in Salesforce and Basecamp

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level fundraiser with 2+ years of fundraising or external-facing experience, preferably with political or policy exposure, able to build major donor relationships, prospect, and manage a front-end donor pipeline remotely across Florida and the Eastern states.
