  • Lead new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with large employers as well as establishing resellers amongst brokers, benefit managers and consultants

  • Present the value and ROI of our digital engagement platform, demonstrating measurable cost reductions and retention improvements
  • Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through proposal, contract negotiation, and handoff to implementation
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market strategies
