Technical Overview
Designing structural systems using RISA, ETABS, RAM Structural, SAFE, SAP2000, Enercalc, AutoCAD, and Revit, with knowledge of IBC, IRC, and ASCE 7 standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed structural engineer with experience in residential and multifamily projects, proficient in structural design software and building codes, capable of delivering permit-ready packages independently.
