About this role

Student Finance Analyst - Disbursement supports disbursement of federal, private, state, and institutional aid; liaises with internal and external stakeholders; performs UAT and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Run and review disbursement reports; Ensure timely COD reporting; Monitor disbursements and correct records; Collaborate with stakeholders; Participate in UAT and process improvement

Technical Overview

Hands-on experience with Banner and ProSAM; COD reporting; familiarity with Federal Student Aid processes; strong Excel-based data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a finance analyst with 1-3 years in student financial services or higher education finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ProSAM and COD. They are detail-oriented, able to manage priorities in a remote environment, and capable of improving processes and automation.
