Ulta Beauty is seeking an entry-level Stylist to perform diverse hair and makeup services, drive service and retail sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role supports salon operations and emphasizes staying informed on industry trends and brand knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hair services (design, cut, color, styling, treatments, extensions), makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable
Meet/exceed weekly sales and productivity goals
Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations
Maintain salon cleanliness and safety and follow state board guidelines
Book and prep guests for return services and events

Technical Overview

No software stack; uses booking/clientele systems; adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines; collaborates with Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level stylist with a Cosmetology license who delivers exceptional guest service, meets sales goals, and quickly learns Ulta Beauty's product lines and procedures.
