Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting efforts and candidate sourcing
- Schedule and conduct phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate candidate updates between recruiters and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Participate in employee engagement activities
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ATS; use of LinkedIn for sourcing; data entry and HRIS tasks; onboarding and policy knowledge.

A motivated HR/Recruiting intern with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and applicant tracking systems; strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and eagerness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
