About this role

This internship supports Product Performance by helping create dashboards, support product adoption, and bridge product development with go-to-market execution. You will assist product teams with tooling enablement, data analysis, measurement against roadmap milestones, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders
Enable and administer product tech stack tools (Aha, Pendo)
Analyze data sources and assets to support data-informed strategy
Monitor and measure execution vs roadmap milestones and success criteria
Support process improvements and maintain process documentation

Technical Overview

The technical focus is on analytics and product tooling: building dashboards in Power BI, using Aha and Pendo for product enablement, and supporting measurement of product development execution against roadmap milestones and success criteria. You will also analyze data sources to support a data-informed product strategy.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a student intern pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field and is eager to support product adoption and operational excellence. They have experience building dashboards in Power BI and are comfortable working with product tooling such as Aha and Pendo. They can analyze data sources, support measurement against product roadmap milestones, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
