- Manage Senior Benefits Specialists and supervise Benefits staff
- Communicate with client base
- Open Enrollment system tasks
- Assist with implementation of new client benefit plans
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures

Focused on benefits administration with knowledge of Section 125, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA; interacts with clients, performs documentation, and analyzes client satisfaction data.
