Supervisor Hotel Operations oversees front desk, bell, valet, and PBX operations to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on staff development and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets and leads hotel operations teams
- Directs day-to-day front services and schedule staffing
- Prepares daily activity reports and financial results
- Enforces SOPs and standards
- Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and safety

The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel operations supervisor with front desk and guest services background, strong leadership, and SOP enforcement capabilities. They should manage scheduling, reporting, and compliance while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.
Must-Have Skills
College degree preferred (Hotel or Business Management preferred).High School diploma and/or equivalency required.A minimum of two-years Front Desk and a minimum of 1 year experience in Guest Service/Valet operation in large hotel within local market and fast paced environment preferably with supervisory experience.Superior customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public required.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWordOutlookExceland LMS/CMS system knowledge is preferred.Requires the ability to compile facts and figures.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to planorganize and complete the work and take initiative logically and independently.Possess well-developed interpersonal skills.Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.Receive instructions and hear inquiries from guestsclientsor staff; ability to remain alert throughout the duration of shift and remain calm during emergency situations.Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.Must present a well-groomed appearance.
