About this role
Direct supervision of maintenance division activities at an energy facility to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise craft personnel to perform maintenance safely
- Administer coaching and performance management
- Communicate with CEC management and external agencies
- Coordinate maintenance planning and outages
- Administer training and procedure revisions
Technical Overview
Focus on nuclear plant maintenance, procedures, access control, and coordination with schedulers and planners; emphasis on training, CAP, and regulatory compliance.
