Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance oversees maintenance activities within the nuclear facility, ensuring NRC compliance, effective CAP/maintenance processes, and coordination of outage-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure safe maintenance; administer coaching/discipline; communicate with Maintenance Manager; participate in work control and outage planning; oversee maintenance programs
Technical Overview
Scope includes nuclear plant operations, CAP, NRC regulations, INPO interfaces, M&TE and work control coordination, and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced mechanical maintenance supervisor with nuclear power plant operations background, strong knowledge of NRC regulations, INPO, CAP, and M&TE, and proven leadership in outage planning and maintenance optimization.
Must-Have Skills
High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experienceAssociate's degree in a technical discipline with 4 years of related experienceBachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of related experienceMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
