About this role

Direct Radiation Protection Technicians to implement decontamination, instrumentation, planning/scheduling, procedures, training, radiation exposure control, and rad waste programs supporting plant Operation and Maintenance activities. Ensure Radiation Protection (RP) program execution is timely and compliant with applicable regulatory and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Radiation Protection Technicians through daily monitoring and coaching
Manage the Radiation Protection (RP) program to ensure timely work completion
Maintain nuclear worker exposure As Low as Reasonably Achievable (ALARA)
Ensure decontamination, instrumentation, training, procedures, and rad waste programs are implemented
Interface with plant staff and regulators to support regulatory compliance
