About this role
Supervisor, Restaurant Technology – DIGITAL leads digital product capabilities focusing on MarTech platforms and website initiatives for Canada. You will manage product roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM Ops and data teams, and coordinate with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design and development of digital product capabilities with a focus on MarTech Platforms and Website and data platforms
- Lead discussions with digital marketing, CRM Ops team, data teams and partner agencies to ensure alignment
- Manage and maintain a balanced product roadmap across multiple business and functional teams
- Generate product insights based on identified feature requests, pain points, and overall software strategy
- Manage project planning, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
Technical Overview
Hands-on MarTech product management with Braze, Salesforce or Adobe ACS. Responsible for sprint/release planning, demos, and Scrum rituals; requires collaboration across marketing and data teams; use of MS Office tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a 1-3 year MarTech product professional with hands-on experience in Braze, Salesforce or Adobe ACS, able to manage digital product initiatives for McDonald's Canada. Strong collaboration, product roadmapping and Scrum/Agile execution are essential, with bilingual English/French being a plus.
