About this role
The Supply Chain Availability Specialist ensures consistent product availability by monitoring supply, managing inventory health, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. The role also supports customer escalations by communicating expected recovery timelines and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product availability and identify supply risks or shortages
- Partner with Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing to resolve supplier and production constraints
- Maintain accurate supply parameters (lead times, safety stock, replenishment settings)
- Support customer service escalations and communicate expected recovery timelines
- Drive root cause analysis and support corrective actions
