About this role
AMXL seeks a Supply Chain Manager to support middle-mile long-term planning, building optimization models and full-year plans across the US and Canada. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and cost-to-serve reductions for the large item delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support middle mile network strategy and execution planning for the 1-5 year horizon
- Configure and analyze optimization models to assess network scenarios and produce strategy recommendations
- Coordinate planning cycle inputs across Retail, Finance, Operations, and Science teams
- Analyze transportation cost drivers including carrier mix, attainment, and sort center connectivity
- Build and maintain full year plans for middle mile operations across US and Canada
Technical Overview
Hands-on with optimization modeling, SQL data analysis, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups), and cross-functional planning across Retail, Finance, Operations, and Science.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level supply chain professional with 3+ years in program/project management and data-driven process improvement, proficient in SQL and advanced Excel, and experienced with cross-functional planning across retail, finance, and operations to optimize middle mile networks.
