About this role
Lead the North American Network S&OP process to coordinate supply, demand, and resources across cross-functional teams; analyze forecasts, inventories, and capacity; drive process improvements and executive-aligned narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP process for the North American network, driving alignment with input providers and stakeholders
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply capacity to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize the distribution network, reduce inventory costs, and improve service levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and new supply chain initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain strategy and resource allocation
Technical Overview
Scope includes S&OP analytics, data extraction/manipulation with MS Access/SQL, and data visualization to support strategic decisions; apply Lean and DMAIC methodologies; collaborate across SCOT, FBA, NACF, and Finance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level supply chain professional with 2+ years of program or project management experience and 1+ year in supply chain, capable of leading the North American S&OP process, analyzing forecasts and inventories, and translating data into concise executive narratives.
