About this role
Supply Chain Mgr III facilitates supply chain analysis, identifies improvement opportunities, and drives cross-functional initiatives across the network to improve supply chain health and reduce risks associated with external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate supply chain analysis to identify and implement improvements
- Lead cross-functional supplychain/logistics programs
- Work with external suppliers, navigate risks
- Data mining and data analysis
- Use Excel, SQL, Tableau for reporting
Technical Overview
Strong analytic scope with data mining/analysis, SQL/Tableau/Excel/Access, and program management in a supply chain context.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior supply chain manager with strong data analysis skills and 2+ years of relevant experience or a master's with 2 years.
Must-Have Skills
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in BusinessEngineeringOperationsSupply ChainTransportationLogisticsor related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in BusinessEngineeringOperationsSupply ChainTransportationLogisticsor related field and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience.Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) working in program managementlogisticsoperationssupply chainor transportation fields; (2) leading cross-functional supplychain/ logistics programs; (3) working on and leading the designimplementationand optimization of supply chain initiatives; (4) data mining and data analysis; (5) using Microsoft Excel including pivot tablesmacrosindex/matchvlookupVBAand data links; and (6) experience with analytical tools including SQLTableauor Microsoft Access.
